About the Job

Basic Responsibilities:
The role involves managing the operation and maintenance of all hotel plant and equipment, with a focus on electrical systems. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing medium and low voltage distribution systems, emergency generators, and electrical equipment in laundry, kitchen, HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, elevators, and UPS systems.
• Maintaining the building management system, lighting, fire suppression and detection systems, alarms, emergency voice communication systems, and electric vehicles.
• Coordinating Help Desk and maintenance planning activities.

About You

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Education:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a recognized college.

Experience:

• At least four years of experience in the maintenance of electrical and electronic systems, including machinery, power plants, and fire control systems.

Language Proficiency:

• Proficiency in reading, writing, comprehending, and speaking English is required. Knowledge of other international languages is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent understanding of tools and machinery used in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical drawings and circuit diagrams.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to guide the maintenance team towards service excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong technical reporting skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot, apply preventive maintenance strategies, and resolve operational issues.
• Experience in conducting training and staff briefings.
• Capable of handling multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of planning and administrative principles in maintenance operations.
